What started as a small passion project, influenced by our Italian roots, quickly turned into the heart and soul of our family. We never intended to be a business, but rather a gathering place for those looking for authentic bites, unparalleled service, and a warm ambiance — and we still stick to that 17 years since the first customer walked through our doors. We never stop dreaming of new dishes to share with our guests, which is why our menu is filled with recipes created from scratch or adapted from other kitchens. The passion we have for food, Italian culture, and family is no different from the passion we have for our community. At Rosie’s, everyone is family and we look forward to welcoming you to ours soon.

Rosie’s has been serving the greater Morris County community with extraordinary Sicilian and Neapolitan cuisine for 17 years. The restaurant is run by the husband and wife team of Guiseppe and Rosie Inchiappa. While Rosie lends her name and sparkling personality to the front of the house, Guiseppe serves as head chef, bringing his culinary expertise and passion to the back of the house.

In 2019, Rosie’s completed a massive remodeling of the premises, adding two alcove dining rooms and an upstairs catering facility for up to 100 people! The bar was also expanded and has become the beating heart of Rosie’s, drawing folks to our very happy Happy Hour’s, live music nights, special drink promotions, business lunches, and more — all of it located right in the center of Randolph, New Jersey.

The ambiance at Rosie’s is elegant, family-friendly, and homey. In addition to our intimate, main dining area, private spaces are available for larger parties. Guiseppe Inchiappa

Head Chef

Head Chef Guiseppe Inchiappa trained and apprenticed at the side of his mother and sister after moving to the U.S. from Sicily in 1969. While their stewardship infected him with a lifelong love of Italian cuisine, his sensitive palate is all his own. Guiseppe’s culinary style has been described by reviewers as “authentic,” “highly creative,” and “rich and unexpected with a delicate touch when necessary.`` Guiseppe is known as a fanatic for quality and freshness and a creative visionary who is unafraid to bring sophisticated Italian culinary stylings to non-traditional items like elk, boar, and ostrich, while also overseeing an extensive menu of traditional Italian dishes.
