Rosie’s Trattoria of Randolph New Jersey, the Best Italian Restaurant in Morris County NJ.

But before you think our claims to be pure braggadocio, let us make our case!  There is a time and a place for modesty and this ain’t it.  Rosie’s has been serving the greater Morris County communityMorris County Italian Restaurant with extraordinary Sicilian and Neapolitan cuisine for over 10 years now. Our restaurant is run by the husband and wife team of Rosie and Guiseppe Inchiappa, with Rosie lending her name, face and sparkling personality to the front of the house, and head chef Guiseppe Inchiappa lending.. well… everything else to the back of the house.

Guiseppe was trained and apprenticed at the side of his mother and sister after moving to the US from Sicily in 1969. Thier stewarship infected him with a lifelong love of italian cuisine but his sensite palate is all his own. Guiseppe’s culinary style has been described by reviewers as “authentic”, “highly creative”, and “rich and unexpected with a delicate touch when necessary”.  The chef is known for being a fanatic for quality and freshness, and a creative visionary, unafraid to bring sophisticated Italian culinary stylings to non-traditional items like Elk, Boar, and Ostrich while overseeing an extensive menu of traditional italian dishes, done in an upscaled style.

The ambiance at Rosies is elegant family style but homey, not formal or stuffy in any way.  Kids are welcome and private dining area’s are available for large parties.  An intimate dining area and friendly accomodating servers bring smiles to patrons even before the first bite of Mozzarella en Carozza hits their lips.  As Morris County Italian Restaurants go, Rosie’s Trattoria presents the best balance between quality, value, and ambiance to be found in the greater Morristown New Jersey area.

Rosies provides catering, take-out, and has banquet facilities for parties up to 65 people.

Our obvious pride notwithstanding, it is always perhaps better to look impartially to our customers for the many different reasons why we’ve been able to survive when so many other Morris County Italian Restaurants have closed their doors over the last 10 years.  Here are some of their reasons:
